Michael Angelis, MD
Michael Angelis, MD, FACS, is Chief Surgical Director of Transplant Services and Surgical Director of Kidney Transplantation at Florida Hospital Transplant Center in Orlando. In addition, he is Associate Professor of Surgery at the Department of Medical Education of the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, and Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the Orlando Regional Campus of Florida State University College of Medicine.
After earning his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Angelis completed an internship, as well as a residency, at the Department of General Surgery of the University of Hawaii Integrated Surgical Residency Program in Honolulu. He subsequently completed a multi-organ transplant fellowship at University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Dr. Angelis is Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator of several clinical trials that study the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of immunosuppressive regimens for organ transplant recipients. He has published articles on related topics in clinical journals that include the American Journal of Transplantation, Transplantation, and Surgery. He has presented on related topics at regional, national, and international meetings and congresses.
A diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Angelis is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dan Estatico
Dan Estatico is a seasoned leader in the hospitality industry with over 20 years experience and currently serves as Sales Director at the Walt Disney World Resort. While representing premier properties including Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Estatico drives sales and leads business development. Dan is active in many areas of the Industry, Champion of multiple committees, and is in his second year serving on the National Advisory Council for Meeting Planners International (MPI). Prior to becoming a Cast Member at Walt Disney World, the University of Central Florida graduate held several leadership positions with the Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
George McNeilly
George McNeilly is Senior Director of Corporate and Consumer Communications for ESPN and leads a company-wide effort that won top honors in 2009 from CableFAX: The Magazine, saluting cable TV's best in marketing and communications, and earned Campaign of the Year from the League of Communications Professionals for NASCAR on ESPN. McNeilly is also responsible for publicity surrounding the Indianapolis 500 on ABC, Live Daytime SportsCenter and the World Series of Poker, among other programming. George also enjoyed an award winning career as a network sportscaster for NBC and CBS, covering the Summer and Winter Olympics, Super Bowls, Heavyweight Championship Boxing, The NBA Finals, the World Series and the Daytona 500. McNeilly is past president of the Southeastern Outdoor Press Association (SEOPA), serves on ESPN's committee in support of the V Foundation for Cancer Research, and in 2005 earned a Master's Degree from the Troy University School of Business.
Bobby Nibhanupudy, MD
Bobby Nibhanupudy, MD is Surgical Director of Pancreas Transplant Services at Florida Hospital Transplant Center in Orlando. He is a board certified surgeon experienced in kidney and pancreas transplantation and laparoscopic surgeries. He joined the Florida Hospital Transplant Center from the Kidney Transplant Program at Bert Fish Medical Center in New Smyrna Beach, FL, where he served as Co-Director and Primary Transplant Surgeon. Formerly, he was an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Transplantation at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Nibhanupudy received his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine, Washington D.C. and completed his General Surgery training at the University of California San Diego Medical Center. It was at UCSD that he completed his fellowship training in abdominal transplant surgery.
Derek Recer
Derek Recer brings more than 15 years experience in finance with a strong track record of driving results through the development of comprehensive analytics, modeling, data interpretation and project management. Since 2003, Recer has served The Walt Disney Company, and is currently Senior Manager of Operations Finance. Prior to that he spent seven years with Capital One Financial Corporation, rising through the ranks from an Analyst to a Budgeting and Forecasting executive. Recer holds a Masters Certification from The George Washington University in Project Management after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
Bill Thompson
Bill Thompson is a 20 year Cast Member with the Walt Disney World Resort and currently serves as Director of Labor Operations. He is an accomplished leader in the Hospitality Industry with a diverse background including senior leadership roles in Workforce Management, Resort Hotel Operations, Mass Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics and Manufacturing. Thompson was named one of Disney's Partners in Excellence for setting and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service while maximizing productivity and return on investment. Bill earned a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University and is an annual champion for and named contributor to the Heart of Florida United Way.
